Data Deletion Request | AskSina

Overview

In compliance with Meta’s Platform policies, AskSina provides users of Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp an option to request deletion of their personal data collected through our app or website.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you used AskSina through Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp, you can request your data to be permanently deleted by sending us an email.

Please send an email to:
privacy@asksina.com

with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”, and include:

• The email address used in your account OR

• Your Facebook User ID

We will verify your request and process the deletion within 7 business days.

What Happens After Deletion

Upon verification, AskSina will:

• Permanently delete all associated personal data from our servers

• Remove usage details from our systems

• Retain only anonymized or legally required information (if applicable)
